Aaliyah Powell – Selected to join the GB World Class Performance Programme.
Quest Taekwondo's Junior Female -46 kg World Champion Aaliyah Powell becomes one of the youngest Female athletes to join GB Taekwondo's World Class Performance Programme. Aaliyah first represented GB at the 2015 World Cadet Championships and has been a stalwart of the GB Cadet and Junior Teams since that time. In 2017 she took Silver at the European Junior Championships and followed this with Gold in Tunisia in 2018.
As well as representing GB, Aaliyah has had unprecedented success at WT Global events representing Quest Taekwondo
Aaliyah joins the World Class Performance Programme in the 2024 Paris Cycle where she is expected to compete in the -57KG Division, the Olympic Category Jade Jones MBE has made her own since London 2012.
